Can I hire riding gear ?
Yes. Helmets, goggles and gloves are included in the cost of the hire bikes.
If you need to hire off-road riding boots, full body armour & kneeguards, pants and a jersey, this will cost an extra $40 per day.
Do I need a Licence?
Yes, you will need a current motorbike licence for your class of motorbike, eg: a R-E class licence is required for a bike up to 250cc or an R class licence for over 250cc.
What if I have to cancel a tour booking?
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you are unable to come on a tour you have booked.
If riding your own bike, deposits are fully refundable if 14 days notice is given prior to the tour date.
If less than 14 days notice is given the deposit is not refundable, however if you have made full payment for your tour we will refund all but the deposit on 1 day tours. On 2 and 3 day tours, half the tour cost will be refunded.
If hiring a bike, deposits are fully refundable if 14 days notice is given prior to the tour date. 7 days prior to your tour, full hire bike payment is required and is not refundable.
What Registration do I need for my bike?
You will need full A Class registration for your bike. B Class registration is not allowed as this form of registration is only for club events.
What’s included in the tour price
Our tours include:
- all fuel (or all fuel after your first tank if riding your own bike)
- all meals (except your evening meal when traveling to Margaret River)
- light snacks
- accommodation
- Transport of your overnight gear/spares etc with the support vehicle on 2 and 3 day tours.
